Breast Examinations!

I woke up yesterday morning, and found a lump on my breast, so off to the Doctor I went, he reckons its a gathering of fat just under the skin, but its better to be safe than sorry, I have an ultra sound tomorrow, so I will keep you posted on the outcome.

Make sure you women do your breast checks as life is still worth living.

Sorry I havent been on in a while, I have been moving, organising paper work, dancing, tax returns, coffee, brunch, dinner with the girls, friend left for Germany, Friend coming back from overseas with my present, working.....its all go, However, staying with my friend, we are up walking in the morning, eating well, and getting there, But I havent been able to get to scales, so I will just judge by my clothes.

Rude Awakening!

I have finished housesitting my friends house, so I moved in with my other friend closer to city, she got me up at 6.30am to go for a walk, after a few evil looks and complaints, I felt so good. Then we spent the day in the city, a great day!
