OMG, it has been a while!


Hello Everyone,


Apologies for not been on in while, I am now a qualified Personal trainer, Zumba has taken over my life love my samba, moved to a new flat in the process, My other half has moved to Morrinsville for work, so we only see each other in the weekend, However....lots to look forward too in 2011.


Looking forward to xmas and New year with loved ones, My sister flies in form London if the snow storm doesnt keep her there, and hoping to Eat, drink and be Merry!

Its hard getting back on when you have facebook to let everyone know what you have been up too. Well I have started a jogging programme, and went for a swim today.


Need to focus on weight loss as I want to look good for my birthday next year.

from Christine Luff Welcome to your "3 Weeks to a 30 Minute Running Habit" program and congratulations on starting a new healthy habit! This course is a run/walk program, so your workout instructions will displayed in run/walk intervals. The first number displayed will be the amount of minutes to run and the second number is the amount to walk. So, for example, 1/1 means run for 1 minute, then walk for 1 minute.
You'll also get instructions for how many times you should repeat those intervals. So, using that same example, 1/1 x2 means that you should run for 1 minute, walk for 1 minute, run for 1 minute, walk for 1 minute.

Breast Examinations!


I woke up yesterday morning, and found a lump on my breast, so off to the Doctor I went, he reckons its a gathering of fat just under the skin, but its better to be safe than sorry, I have an ultra sound tomorrow, so I will keep you posted on the outcome.


Make sure you women do your breast checks as life is still worth living.
